Terms and conditions for vehicle rental
Rental Agreement
By booking a vehicle through KyroDrive, you agree to these terms of service and the rental agreement provided at the time of pickup. The rental agreement constitutes the complete contract between you and KyroDrive.
Driver Requirements
Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license held for a minimum of one year. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be registered on the rental agreement.
Insurance Coverage
All rentals include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection. The renter remains liable for damages up to the excess amount specified in the rental agreement. Additional coverage to reduce or eliminate the excess is available at an additional cost.
Vehicle Use
Vehicles may only be driven on paved roads. Off-road driving is prohibited. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Pets may be transported in designated vehicles only. The vehicle may not be taken outside Cyprus without prior written consent.
Liability
KyroDrive's liability is limited to the terms specified in the rental agreement. The renter is responsible for any traffic fines, parking tickets, or toll charges incurred during the rental period.
